While your boudoir session is a luxury experience, I’m a total goofball and love to laugh! I love photography and hyping up other women, but my other hobbies include: hiking, cooking, makeup, skincare, and shamefully scrolling on Instagram and TikTok for way too long.

While I’ve always loved photography as a hobby, got my start professionally as a freelance makeup artist. I thought being a makeup artist was my ultimate dream career until I discovered boudoir. What i loved most about doing makeup applications was making women feel beautiful and that just what boudoir is. I loved the whole concept and wanted to be a part of helping that woman feel even more beautiful on such a special day that was truly all about her. I worked with boudoir photographers as their makeup artist back in Virginia for about a year before deciding to venture off and start my own journey as a boudoir photographer.

Just like you may be scared to take that first step to plan your own boudoir session, I was scared to start as a boudoir photographer. I was scared I’d make my clients feel uncomfortable with my awkwardness or they’d hate their photos and I’d crush their self esteem. But once I finally worked up the courage to do my first portfolio building shoots, I fell in love. I quickly realized that all of my fears were irrational and totally untrue. I became addicted to the feeling I get from helping other women fall in love with themselves. Sure, a lot of women do this for their significant others and that’s fine. Some women need a reason other than it being for themselves. But I do this for you and the whole experience revolves around you. My goal is for you to not only leave with gorgeous photos in a luxurious album, but with newfound confidence and appreciation for yourself.
